Free Standard Shipping: All items include free shipping and are shipped from Thailand via O-mail International, with a delivery time of 7-14 days.
Expedited Shipping: Available through DHL Express with a delivery time of 3-5 days at a flat rate of $35 USD. This can be purchased directly during checkout.

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number to monitor the delivery status. Please note that any additional customs duties, taxes, or fees may be required by your country upon arrival and are the responsibility of the customer.

5. Returns and Exchanges

We are committed to ensuring customer satisfaction. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, please review our Returns & Exchanges Policy:

Unopened Products: You may return unopened products within 60 days of receipt for a full refund.
Opened Products: You may return opened products within 15 days of receipt, but they must be in their original condition.
Return Process: To initiate a return, please contact us at info@metalstudiojewelry.com with your order details. Items must be shipped back to Metal Studio Jewelry at your own expense before a refund can be processed. We will notify you once the return has been inspected and the refund has been issued.

Refunds will be credited back to the original payment method within 7-10 business days after approval.
