Metal Studio has an open return policy. If for any reason you are not fully satisfied with our purchase you can return the purchase in its original packaging for a full refund of the purchase price. For returns please follow the shipping directions below. Metal Studio will not be responsible for items lost in the mail.

All items should be packed in a standard bubble envelope. The package should not be marked with gems or jewellery as customs on my end will levy a hefty import tax even though the item originated in Thailand. Also please do not tell the post office it is jewellery in the package as they will require insurance to ship jewellery.
Please do not purchase insurance for the package because this will also cause the package to be held in customs.
If possible please obtain a tracking number for the package and please let me know the tracking number once the package has shipped.
I will evaluate each return on a case by case basis and make repairs or replacements accordingly.

Refunds & Returns Policy

- Unopened Products: We offer a 60-day return policy on all unopened products. If the item is in its original, unused condition and packaging, you are eligible for a full refund.
- Opened Products: Opened products may be returned within 15 days of receipt, provided they are in their original condition, with no signs of wear or damage. Any item that is damaged or shows signs of use beyond what is necessary to inspect the product may not be eligible for a refund.
2. Non-Returnable Items
- Custom or Personalized Items: Products that are custom-made or personalized according to your specifications cannot be returned or refunded unless they are defective or damaged upon arrival.
- Sale Items: Items purchased on sale or through promotions are final sale and are not eligible for returns unless defective.
3. Return Process
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

Shipping Costs: The customer is responsible for the return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect. We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure we receive the returned item.

4. Refund Process
Once we receive the returned item and inspect it, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- Approved Refunds: If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
- Rejected Refunds: If the item is not in its original condition or is damaged, we reserve the right to reject the refund request.
5. Exchanges
If you wish to exchange an item for a different size, style, or product, please email us at info@metalstudiojewelry.comto arrange the exchange. We only accept exchanges for items that are in new and unused condition.
- Availability: Exchanges are subject to product availability. If the desired item is not available, you may choose a different item of equivalent value or request a refund.
6. Defective or Damaged Products
In the event that you receive a defective or damaged product, please notify us within 7 days of receiving your order. We will provide instructions for returning the item and either offer a replacement or issue a full refund, including shipping costs.
