Opened Products: Opened products may be returned within 15 days of receipt, provided they are in their original condition, with no signs of wear or damage. Any item that is damaged or shows signs of use beyond what is necessary to inspect the product may not be eligible for a refund.

2. Non-Returnable Items

Custom or Personalized Items: Products that are custom-made or personalized according to your specifications cannot be returned or refunded unless they are defective or damaged upon arrival.
Sale Items: Items purchased on sale or through promotions are final sale and are not eligible for returns unless defective.

3. Return Process
